Zev Shalev’s interview with Ukrainian parliamentarian Kira Rudyk after the senate approves a $40 Bn aid package to Ukraine.
President Joe Biden welcomed the president of Finland and the prime minister of Sweden to the White House on Thursday to kickstart a campaign for the two countries joining NATO. The two new members will be a big boost to Biden’s international cachet, as will the $40 Billion aid package to Ukraine approved on the same day in Congress.
I spoke to Ukrainian parliamentarian Kira Rudyk on NarativTV about the prospects for an end to the war, how rising oil prices are making peace more complicated by the day, the psychological impact of the war on children and America’s unyielding support of Ukraine.
My full interview with KIra Rudyk is above and the transcript is below.
