Michael Flynn and the Making of Q

The inside story of the making of Q-anon.

Lt-Gen Michael Flynn briefly served as Donald Trump’s National Security Advisor in 2017 before being fired for his suspected ties to Russia. Even though he left the administration and would later face charges in a related crime, Flynn never stopped working on Trump’s behalf.

Trump and Attorney General Bill Barr scuttled the case but not before Judge Emmet Sullivan could tell Flynn “arguably you sold your country out.”

Flynn re-emerged after being granted a pardon by Trump in Dec 2020 as one of the key organizers of the January 6 “Stop The Steal” event which led to to the storming of the Capitol.

One of the key constituents of the insurrectionists was a group of devout followers of Qanon – a social media radicalization machine that appears to have its roots in the intelligence community.

On the latest Narativ, systems analyst Dave Troy joined L.B. and Zev Shalev to unpack Dave’s research on the origins of Q.
